BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking confirmation:
– All bookings are only confirmed once a 25% non-refundable deposit is paid. This deposit also serves as the cancellation fee.
No-show policy:
– If a guest fails to show up for a scheduled session or retreat without notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
General:
– Surf sessions and other experiences begin the day after arrival and do not include accommodation unless arranged by the organizing group.
Participation & Responsibility:
– All activities are taken at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and understand the nature of surf and outdoor activities.
– We recommend that guests have personal travel insurance covering sports and outdoor activities.
Weather & Conditions:
– All outdoor activities are weather-dependent. If surf conditions are unsafe, an alternative program may be offered, or the session may be rescheduled.
Late arrival or early departure:
– No refunds are issued for missed sessions due to late arrival or early departure, unless otherwise agreed.
