Our retreats are week-long experiences in Mirleft, shaped around surf, local life, and small groups. Each week follows a familiar rhythm, while the focus can shift — more surf, more movement, or more exploration — depending on the theme.
What stays consistent is the way each experience is put together: carefully curated, thoughtfully balanced, and designed to support both time in the water and time beyond it.





the surf
Surf is the foundation of every retreat.
Sessions are shaped by local knowledge and years of experience, with personal focus and clear feedback for each participant. Time in the water is used to work on technique, timing, and confidence — without rushing or unnecessary pressure.
Video and Photo
Learning continues outside the water.
Video analysis helps you see your own surfing more clearly — take-offs, positioning, timing — and understand what to adjust in the next session.
Alongside that, a surf photo session captures the days as they unfold — small moments in the water and around it, kept as visual memories of the week.
Yoga and Training
Yoga and movement support the surf days.
Sessions focus on recovery, mobility, and strength — helping the body stay balanced and ready throughout the week, so each surf session feels better than the last.

Food is simple and local — slow-cooked tajines, fresh bread, seasonal ingredients, and familiar Moroccan flavors. Shared breakfasts and dinners are warm and nourishing, keeping everyone fueled for time in the water and long days outside.
